How it works
From a few words to an area you follow
Five steps. The guide does the research a careful analyst would do; Holoprism checks every claim it makes about a source; you decide what is kept.

Name the area
A few words, in any language. Start from an example or from whatever you are responsible for knowing about.

The guide drafts it
One model call returns what the area covers and leaves out, the terms that mark a headline as belonging to it, the signals worth watching for, questions to keep score on, and the decisions it could inform. You edit any of it.

Every source is checked
The guide proposes sources; code fetches each one. Dead links and bot walls are dropped, a page that hides a feed is swapped for the feed, and every source shows how much of what it publishes is actually about the area. Ask the guide for replacements when some fail.

You choose what to watch for
Each signal is a short list of word stems, tested on every item that belongs to the area. Keep the ones that matter, add your own, and switch off the rest.

Holoprism watches
Feeds are read every hour, pages every six. An unchanged source costs nothing, and no model runs after setup. The weekly digest says what came in, what matched, and which sources went quiet, and it goes nowhere until a named person signs it.

Where it started
Bohemie decided what matters. Holoprism found out what is happening.
Bohemie is a Czech civic platform with its own view of what matters: 12 areas and 50 metrics. It had no machine to see what was actually happening. Holoprism became that machine. It harvests first-hand sources, keeps the evidence behind every story and tags it to Bohemie’s areas; Bohemie’s editors decide what is worth publishing. The good-news channel Dobré zprávy is the result, and it is the pattern every publisher on Holoprism follows.
